Ordering and Shipping Information

Payment Options

You have the following methods of payment available to you:

1. Purchase with Credit Card   
   Hookhider accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.  We will perform validation of your credit card number when we receive your order.



2. Purchase with Check or Money Order
   If you do not feel comfortable ordering over the Internet with your credit card, or you simply do not have a credit card, you can pay for your order using a personal check or money order. Your personal check or money order must be in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks. The amount of the personal check or money order must be for the total amount of the order, including shipping and applicable sales tax. Orders will not be processed until your personal check or money order is received by us. Personal checks must clear the bank before your order will be processed. Orders will be held for 10 business days pending receipt of your personal check or money order.

Order Time-Frame

We can ship (domestic U.S.) your custom rod in 1 - 3 working days. In the event that you are paying with a personal check or money order, your order will not be processed until your payment is received in the mail. Personal checks further require clearance at the bank prior to your order being processed.   *Please note for orders outside the U.S. shipping costs can be calculated based on location. Warranty

Hookhider products are warranted for repair for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials.  If your product fails within the warranty period, send the rod along with dated receipt for proof of purchase, to the address above.  This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear or excessive wear caused by neglect.
